We’re nearly in January, which means I have Whole30 recipes on the brain! I personally like to complete a Whole30 each January, since it feels like between the fall and winter holidays my body (and blog) get sort of sugar-saturated. I know I can’t be alone in that feeling – a reset is in order!
Anyway, since many of you are interested in jumping on board with a January Whole30 as well, I figured that NOW is the perfect time to get ready. I mean, REALLY ready! So, instead of a roundup of say, 30 Whole30 recipes, I decided to roundup a full 70 Whole30 recipes – breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and side dishes.
The recipes will be compiled from my own website as well as some of my nearest and dearest Paleo/Whole30 blogger friends. In other words, each one of these recipes are legit, tried and true favorites from all of us, and tons of our readers who’ve given them raving reviews.
Now, I decided to categorize these recipes based on breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but if you’re familiar with Whole30, I’m sure you realize that you can make any meal work at any time. Dinner leftovers for breakfast? One of my favorite things, ever. Or breakfast leftovers for dinner, or leftover dinner for lunch – you get the picture – I’m sure! Feel free to mix and match, pick several that appeal to your tastes and cooking preferences, and dive right in!
I’ll also provide little “tips” or bits of info for each recipe, such as whether it’s also low carb (or keto) or AIP friendly in addition to being Whole30 compliant.
I hope you find this roundup helpful and enjoy many of the recipes! Feel free to comment at the bottom of this post with specific questions regarding the Whole30 – I’m happy to answer whatever I can! Additionally, I’ll be dedicating this January to the Whole30, with nearly all new Whole30 recipes during the month (3 each week) so make sure to follow along!

Healthy, happy New Year to you and your family! Quick question, do you and your husband eat eggs every morning? I ask because for my husband to reset with this I know that’s an easy go to and delicious. Btw, my daughter’s boyfriend makes your Salisbury steak meatballs constantly and they love them!
Michele says
Happy New Year to you! I usually eat a hash with one fried egg. The hash is the main part though. So glad they like the meatballs!
