These easy paleo grilled pork chops have a simple and delicious used as both a marinade and dipping sauce for extra flavor. The peaches add sweet summer flair to the chops which you can serve with any of your favorite sides! Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, refined sugar free and a Whole30 option.
Do you ever feel like the only things you grill are burgers and hot dogs? Just me? I admit I get into food ruts quite easily.
Even considering I have this blog. Maybe especially considering I have this blog, it’s easy to get into ruts “after hours” when the last thing I feel like doing is making an elaborate meal.
I need easy food to the rescue! And these super simple grilled pork chops are a little different for me but easy enough that I’ll actually make them. Served with a side of grilled peaches and a green salad for me, maybe some roasted potatoes for the kiddos.
Did I mention the kids approve of these pork chops? The sauce is delicious AND family friendly!
What You Need to Make Grilled Pork Chops and Peaches
Simple ingredients, so much flavor, and there’s even a way to make the sauce Whole30 compliant! Here’s what you’ll need to prepare the grilled pork chops and peaches.
- Paleo ketchup (Tessemae’s or Primal Kitchen are both great)
- Coconut aminos
- Mustard, any kind
- Maple syrup (or date paste/syrup, for Whole30)
- Bone in center cut pork chops
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Garlic powder
- smoked paprika
- Fresh peaches
- Ghee
- Ground cinnamon
How to Make Grilled Pork Chops and Peaches
Whisk together the maple syrup (or date paste) with the ketchup, mustard, and coconut aminos. Divide the sauce into 3 parts – one for serving, one for marinating and one for basting.
Place the pork chops in a shallow bowl and sprinkle all over with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Cover with 1 of the three parts of the sauce and toss to coat. Allow at least 30 minutes for the pork chops to marinate.
Preheat your grill to high heat and brush with oil. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side, then baste with 1/3 of the sauce. Continue to cook another 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your chops.
For the peaches, whisk together the ghee, maple syrup and cinnamon and toss with the peaches. Grill the peaches over high heat, brushing with extra maple cinnamon mixture, turning as needed until golden brown.
Serve the pork chops drizzled with the remaining sauce alongside the peaches and a green salad or any of your favorite side dishes.
How to Make this Recipe Whole30 Compliant
I included a little bit of pure maple syrup both in the sauce recipe and for the peaches for added sweetness. Since added sugar of any kind is a big NO for Whole30, you have 2 choices if you need a Whole30 compliant meal.
First, you can sub in the maple syrup for date paste or syrup. If you have dates, this can make this in a blender on your own with dates and water. Make sure to soak the dates in boiling water to soften them for easy blending.
You can add as much water as you need while blending the date paste to get the right consistency. Then just sub that in for the maple syrup and save the rest for another use.
If you don’t have dates, you can simply omit the sweetener from the recipe. The peaches won’t miss it at all! For the BBQ sauce, you can taste it and add any extra spices, mustard, ketchup, or aminos to get the flavor right.
Tips for Grilling the Pork Chops
Since you’ll add more sauce while grilling, plan on flipping the pork chops twice to make sure you get the sauce on both sides.
Every grill is different and the thickness of pork chops can vary significantly. To avoid overcooking, you can use a meat thermometer to test for doneness.
Pork chops should reach an internal temperature of 145° F but any higher and they’ll begin to dry out. No worries if the pork is still ever so slightly pink in the center at this temperature – that’s a sign that it’ll be perfectly tender and juicy.
I hope you’re ready for an easy, fun, super delicious meal to add to your rotation this grilling season! Fire up your grill and grab your ingredients – let’s go!

I’m obsessed with these grilling recipes that include fresh fruit that’s in-season. We just made one with fresh strawberries and balsamic and loved it. Going to add this to the queue. From experience grilling peaches, good tip about grilling on high-heat so they don’t just get mushy. thanks!

These grilled pork chops with peaches were over-the-top excellent. I don’t have a grill, but my broiler was a great sub. Served chops over Romaine with homemade Green Goddess dressing served with grilled peaches along side. These were really, really good. Thank you, Michele.
