With the New Year just a few days away (!!) you might be planning to reset with 30 days of – you guessed it – Whole30!
We will actually be right there with you over at my house – Adam has decided to move up his yearly Whole30 for 2017 from February to January to get a clean start to the year. Possibly a few too many treats in November/December for our family. Of course now I have to follow along – I’m the one who does the cooking anyway, plus, there’s that nagging competitive side of me..
In perfect timing, Amy from Wholesomelicious, Jessica from Jay’s Baking Me Crazy and I are sharing our most popular, tried and true Whole30 recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to make this one a successful month for all of us!
*To set you up for success, be sure to have basic pantry items you will be using throughout the 30 days! Definitely check out my Pantry Staples and Kitchen Essentials pages for ideas.
Also, keep munchies such as fresh veggies, fruits, nuts, for those many times you will be hungry (trust me!) Always keep on hand to help with snacking:
Tahini Dressing (can be used to dip veggies or for salads)
Creamy Avocado Dressing (can be used for salads or a dip)
30 Days of Whole30 – The plan!
Below you will find links to all recipes that are tried and true reader favorites and Whole30 approved. The breakfasts are just a few ideas to use throughout the week; some are more time consuming, but are great treats for the weekend. Others can be made ahead and refrigerated as “grab and go” breakfasts when you have a busy morning.
Instead of being listed by day, they are lumped together for the week. Dinners and lunches are specific to the day. Some dinners will have plenty of leftovers for another night or lunch. Some lunches can also be made ahead on the weekends for easy planning. All meals with a *** means you can make them ahead on the weekends to use throughout the week!

Hi Michele! Realy loved your whole 30 recipes! I have completed a whole 30 in november and it was realy great! I felt good about being able to complete the whole challenge and about clean eating. My biggest challenge are sweets, because despite I don’t usually eat sugar, I’m always doing sweet paleo treats and stuff like that..

Emily says
The thing that I’m impressed by about Paleo cooking is that it is not taste free at all; in fact Paleo cooks do a wonderful job of incorporating delicious tastes and flavors into their dishes.
Michele says
Definitely not lacking in flavor and there’s something for everyone 🙂

Do you have a shopping list for these?
I would love to just copy the whole menu.

Hello. My challenge is always clicking link by link to joint down things for the store. Do you have a pre made list of recipes and grocery list? i always get so frustrated and just give up. These items look amazing so I really want to try.
Michele says
I don’t have an official grocery list but I do list many of my favorites on the “shop” pages in the menu. That said, you can completely use what’s available to you in your local stores! The shop pages show images so you can see what the packaging looks like so you can print that out as well. You can also have the links in the recipe open in a new tab (they’re typically amazon) and then just add to your Amazon cart to check out later on. Hope this helps!

Michelle,
Your recipes are awesome and your breakfast casserole made my Whole30 so much easier. I always had a variation of the casserole. The first time I followed your directions to the “T” and it was delicious! Breakfast for several days, EXCEPT my kids, who “don’t eat brussel sprouts” LOVED it and they ate it too. So, I had to make another sooner than planned (great problem)! I substituted broccoli for brussel sprouts the next one, and artichokes for the third one. The sweet potato crust is great– I don’t miss flour crusts at all!I did my first Whole 30 starting 11/19/16 and killed it during the holidays…. the best Christmas present ever! I just finished my second Whole30 and on 2/22/17 I’ll start my 3rd Whole30. Your recipes are great and a staple in my kitchen with WellFed Weeknights and the Whole30 books. You are darling and I so appreciate your plans and recipes!

That’s awesome and thank you! Couldn’t be more thrilled that you’re enjoying my recipes 🙂 Congrats on completing your Whole30s and glad you’re feeling great.
