It’s that time of year – late summer. School is creeping up, and I’m faced with the reality that I’ve let my schedule sliiiiide just a little bit, meaning less structure, less meal planning and prep. We definitely all need a bit of a break from it sometimes anyway, planning and packing non-boring Whole30 lunches isn’t exactly the most inspiring task I’ve come across since my first Whole30. Whether it’s for myself, kids, or husband, I’m always in need of new ideas.
So yes, I’m probably the first to whine about the planning aspect of Whole30 and Paleo eating, believe me! Lunch can feel like a chore – I know that feeling well. It’s typically not our favorite meal of the day, since it’s often rushed, and you might also feel limited with what you can eat if you’ll be out of the house. With just a little bit of planning though (we can do this!) Whole30 lunches can be delicious, filling, healthy, and easy to prepare.
Whether you’re packing your lunch for work, school, or simply because you’ll be out of the house all day these 30 Packable Whole30 and Paleo Lunches will have your needs covered. So let’s all take a minute to embrace life outside of the sandwich and dig into some delicious Whole30 lunches!
*Just a note – many of these are “leftovers” lunches, meaning you make it ahead of time (or for dinner the night before) and then pack lunch portions as you need during the week.

These egg roll in a bowl are intriguing. I need to try that. I often make an egg casserole on Sunday and bring the leftovers. In the summer, I also cook extra meat and vegetables on the BBQ to bring with me to work. Quick and delicious 😉

Those Almond Butter Sesame Zoodles look awesome! I can’t tell by the recipe, though, what makes them packable? I want to take them to an outdoor event; would I pack it all separately and then combine just before eating?
Michele says
You can pack the zoodles and sauce separately or toss and take along with you, and serve cold or at room temp.
